ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed after payment is received and verified. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Because our products are made to order, processing time includes order verification, production, quality control, and packaging. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


PRODUCTION TIME

Our products are produced and fulfilled by trusted third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners.

Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and availability.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times after production is complete are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International orders: 10–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may not update immediately.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally to select destinations.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Customs processing times vary and may cause delivery delays.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Meh. Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@mehbasics.com, and we will assist you where possible.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Meh. Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
