Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on cosmetic and beauty products due to hygiene and safety reasons. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. To report an issue, please email us at support@mehbasics.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Items that have been opened, used, tampered with, or incorrectly ordered are not eligible for return or refund.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and include photo evidence so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns on beauty products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Additionally, we do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will review your request for a replacement or refund.


European Union 14 day cooling off period 
At this time, we do not accept returns under the EU 14-day cooling-off period for cosmetic products due to hygiene and safety regulations. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.


Refunds 

Once your claim is received and reviewed, we will notify you if your refund or replacement request is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
